The controller’s legal identity, address and privacy-request channel require owner confirmation. No effective date has been approved.
Current services
The production output contains product presentation pages. Demo and contact submission are disabled. No analytics, advertising tracker, chatbot or file-upload feature has been added.
Local review form
Only the development preview form checks name, business, email, category or inquiry purpose and optional phone/question fields. Validation is not submission. Do not use real personal data.
Local data handling
Local validation does not send field values to an email provider or persist them. Temporary technical counters and hashes are held in memory for rate and duplicate checks. Form fields remain visible while the page is open in the browser.
Purposes and legal basis
Before enabling real request collection, the owner and legal review must establish processing purposes, legal basis and the required notice.
Recipients and transfers
No request storage or email provider is approved. Hosting logs, provider agreements, recipients and possible cross-border transfers must be confirmed before publication.
Prepared but disabled inquiry infrastructure
Server code is prepared for durable request records, duplicate checks, technical rate limits and bot verification, all requiring approval before activation. The delivery provider and retention period are not approved. The existence of server code does not enable personal-data collection.
Privacy information and marketing are separate.
The necessary privacy notice is separate from optional marketing consent. This site does not collect marketing consent. Such a use would need a separate purpose, notice and consent assessment.
Retention and requests
A retention period, deletion process and rights-request channel for real customer inquiries have not been established. This draft does not invent a period or request address.
